• Paper trading simulator with virtual capital

The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. SellCallPut is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

The information provided by SellCallPut does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content as such. To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the backtesting engine or databases.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or circumvent any security measures.

All content on SellCallPut — including backtesting algorithms, course materials, research publications, blog articles, design, and code — is owned by SellCallPut Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our backtesting data, market data, signals, or analytics are error-free or complete. Market conditions change, and historical data may contain gaps or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellCallPut Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including liability limitations and intellectual property rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
