By accessing or using SellCallPut (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the separate Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

SellCallPut is an educational and research platform for independent options traders. It offers:

• A historical backtesting engine run against curated market data
• Strategy research reports generated from backtest output
• Published content including articles, podcasts, videos and live teaching sessions on options mechanics and market analysis
• A community comment system on published content

SellCallPut is operated by an independent data scientist and researcher. SellCallPut is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner and does not offer brokerage, trade execution, or managed-account services of any kind.

Nothing on SellCallPut is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Content is published strictly for educational and research purposes. SellCallPut does not recommend that any financial instrument be bought, sold, or held by you.

Past performance — including backtest results — is not indicative of future results. Options trading carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose the entire amount invested, and certain strategies can result in losses greater than your initial deposit. Before making any trading decision, consult a licensed financial advisor, registered broker, or tax professional who understands your personal circumstances.

To use certain features you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid subscription plans are billed via Stripe according to the plan selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; upon cancellation you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, bulk-download, or extract data from the backtesting engine, published content, or databases.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
• Post abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content in comments or any other community feature.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or circumvent any security measures.

When you post comments or other material on SellCallPut, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate that content on the Service. Comments are subject to pre-moderation and may be edited, hidden, or removed at our sole discretion. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for it.

All original content on SellCallPut — including published articles, podcasts, videos, live session material, research reports, algorithms, design, and code — is owned by the operator of SellCallPut and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

Market data used on SellCallPut is gathered and curated from multiple sources for internal research. It is not redistributed to users as a data feed. Users may run backtests against this data and generate reports within the platform, but the underlying data is not licensed for export or external use. We do not guarantee that our backtest data, market data, or analytics are error-free, complete, or current. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellCallPut and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses of any kind. Total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including liability limitations, disclaimers, and intellectual property rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and in some cases we may notify active users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
